Kimberly Kay Grymes

Welcome to my channel!

I'm Kimberly Kay Grymes, & I write YA fantasy under the pen name Kimberly Grymes & adult fantasy & romance under Kay Grymes. No matter what I write, you can usually expect found family, independent female main characters, & plenty of unexpected twists. And now, with my new pen name, I’m adding a little extra heat to the mix!

When I’m not writing, I'm usually hanging out with my family or playing Stardew Valley on my Xbox.

This channel has primarily been a place for me to share updates about my author journey, but I’ve decided it’s time to mix things up & share a little more of my life beyond the books.

I’m a 49-yr-old woman navigating life with ADHD, perimenopause, & GLP-1 medication, all while trying to write these dang stories. Needless to say, things can get interesting!

So, if you’re curious about the chaos of balancing writing, midlife, & all the unexpected twists life throws my way, stick around! Subscribe, follow along, & let’s see what happens!
