Essays on how artificial intelligence and algorithms change democracy and the State, and lessons so you can track a bill or ask the government to explain an algorithm that decides about you. Civic education with sources, not legal advice. Videos in Spanish, AI-dubbed in English when available.

I ask what happens to elections when deepfakes circulate, who is accountable when a government algorithm decides, and who wins and who pays in the AI race across the Global South. I read the long documents (AI policy, bills) and show you how to read them.
