Hi - I'm Kevin Rudd. I'm an ultrarunner & triathlete (last race Leadville 100, next race The Rut Trifecta) and I'm obsessed with using AI to train smarter.

I got into AI because I was curious, and then I realized I could build training tools tailored exactly to me, from my own data. It worked, and honestly it's the most fun I've had in years. So I kept going.

This channel is me figuring it out in the open and showing you how to do the same: connect your data, then build a training plan, a weekly review, race research, fueling and pacing, whatever you want. No coding. And the same skills carry far beyond fitness.
