KETO is the Worst

I say it in every video so might as well put it as my channel description.

I believe living a low carb lifestyle is not only healthy but it is sustainable long term and not at all restrictive.

With that out of the way, just a little bit more about me for those who are interested. I'm someone who has gained and lost 50+ pounds twice in my life. This second time around it was with keto and intermittent fasting. I'm committed to keeping it off this time, which is why I started this channel. I always see a lot of negativity around this lifestyle which is why I called it ketoistheworst. This is just my way of showing how keto has worked for me and hopefully how it can work for you too.
