Keto Cooking with Kore

My attempt at creating "usually" healthy, delicious, and simple keto recipes with an upbeat, fun, funny, and helpful way of going over the directions.  I started Keto to help with some mental issues that I have and it helped out more than I could have imagined.  I want to share this diet and some of the yummy recipes that I have found, learned, and created with the hopes of helping others find out about this diet, how easy it is, how good the food is, and how helpful it can be.
