KennShō - The Life Within

Welcome to KennShō - The Life Within.

Here, we are together to discover the Way back to our true nature, find inner peace, and live with awareness. KennShō (from the Japanese 見性 and Chinese Zen tradition 明心见性) means "seeing one's true nature." Just like the essence of this Zen tradition, this channel is dedicated to self-realization by no-ticing and seeing rather than through rigid dogmas or theoretical philosophies.

Here, Kenn shares his raw life experiences and practical wisdom to guide us along our journey. There are no strict dogmas or absolute conclusions here—only an open invitation to look inward. As Kenn always says: "If I were to teach you only one thing, I would teach you to follow & trust in your own inner guidance."

Subscribe to join this journey back to our true nature. Learn to be at-ease with the life within. ☀️🍃
