Kennie's Second Act

Hi. My name is Kenyon, but I go by Kennie. I am a woman in her early 50s starting over in life. This half of my life I want to be more intentional, unafraid, fully putting my trust in God and also betting on myself. This is me doing the hard things on my journey. Growing in Christ, getting healthy with an overall goal of no meds, embracing womanhood (even menopause, ugh) and getting to know the real me. not the me I think people want me to be. I welcome everyone who wants to embrace life. We only get one.
