The Soft Return Skool

I’m Kenise Taylor, founder of The Soft Return Skool, a sanctuary for women who are done living in survival mode and ready to soften without disappearing.

These videos are designed to:

Regulate your nervous system

Release burnout and chronic urgency

Rebuild safety in your body

Guide you back to your natural rhythm

Help you return to yourself — slowly, honestly, and without force

This is not hustle culture healing.
This is embodied, feminine, sustainable return.

If you are here, it’s because your body is asking for something softer.

🌿 The Soft Return Skool is for women who:

Feel capable but exhausted

Have outgrown constant pushing

Are ready to choose themselves without explanation

Want peace that actually lasts

There is nothing to fix.
Nothing to prove.
Only something to remember.

You are the garden.
You are finally home.
