After a challenging 3 year fertility journey, my husband (a medical doctor) and I, a practicing dietician at the time, finally conceived our first child, Selah after failed fertility treatments. Despite our professions and optimally healthy life, we faced what was diagnosed as unexplained infertility. This frustrating diagnosis forced me to delved into inner work, exploring the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of my then, infertility. 

This journey led me to discover a lot, and now, I feel compelled to share this knowledge with other couples trying to conceive. My focus is on reprogramming the nervous system, addressing trauma lines, reframing the pain of failure and the dynamics that play out, and helping couples connect with their baby, who shall choose them. Guiding couples in their journey to parenthood has become my life's work. And showing couples that there is more to the fertility journey than sperm, egg, hormones and lining!
