BROWN & CO Residential

Hi, I’m Kelly! I absolutely LOVE this business & have been in real estate for 10+ years. I lead BROWN & Co Residential, a powerhouse boutique team of ALL WOMEN who specialize in marketing homes through social media. Our approach isn’t just different—it’s PROVEN.

We “MARKET HOMES—not just list them.” Our social media strategies create buzz, drive traffic & attract more buyers, leading to FASTER sales & HIGHER profits for our sellers. More eyes = more showings, more offers & MORE MONEY. Built on hustle, HIGH STANDARDS & creative solutions, we bring energy to every listing.

I’m proud to personally rank in the TOP 1% of Realtors in Minnesota and as the “#1 AGENT for volume on a small team” (NorthstarMLS). Our ALL WOMEN team at BROWN & Co has consistently ranked TOP 10 in Minnesota by volume in 2022, 2023 & 2024 (NorthstarMLS). I’ve also been named SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETER OF THE YEAR multiple times, recognizing my expertise in leveraging digital marketing to deliver results.
