Keith McCaffery, CPT

Hey everyone! I’m Keith, a certified personal trainer and running coach at both The Training Room and Running Lab in Brighton, MI. I’m here to give back to the amazing fitness and running communities that have fueled my journey. My story started with soccer—where I played goalkeeper for most of my youth and ended up playing for four years on the Western Michigan University Club Team. When competitive soccer ended, I turned to distance running to stay in shape and fuel my competitive spirit. I ran my first marathon in 2013, and though it didn’t go as planned, it lit a fire in me! Since then, I’ve completed 10 marathons, two 50-mile and three 100-mile ultramarathons, and even set the FKT on the 228.3-mile Michigan Shore-to-Shore Trail. I’m all about pushing limits—mine and yours! Let’s crush those workouts together!
