Kehila Shemen Sasson - קהילת שמן ששון

Congregation Shemen Sasson is an Israeli community in Jerusalem, comprised of people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds who believe in the Bible; Old and New Covenants, as the inspired word of God. We  honor Yeshua as the promised Messiah of Israel.

"to console those who mourn in zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy (shemen sasson) for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified." (Isaiah 61:3) 

We meet together at our house of prayer and community center, in downtown Jerusalem, in regular daily, weekly and monthly intervals to share life - as we worship together, pray together, learn together, celebrate together in a spirit of unconditional love.

Our worship services incorporate music that is a unique fusion of East and West, Ancient and New, being a natural expression of the special character of our city and nation.
