Keely Rodriguez, LPC-S

Your anxiety didn't get worse because you're falling apart. It got worse
because your hormones changed the rules, and nobody told you.

This channel is for the woman everyone leans on. Full career, full house,
kids with real logistics, and parents who have started needing more. You get
everything done and nobody sees what it costs you. You've already tried the
coping skills.

I'm Keely Rodriguez, LPC-S, owner of Keely Rodriguez Therapy. Therapist for women who look fine but feel fried: anxiety, trauma, betrayal trauma, grief, and perimenopause anxiety. EMDR and Brainspotting certified. In person in Brownsville and the Rio Grande Valley, online anywhere in Texas.

I also use IFS and am a BRIA Certified Menopause Mental Health Provider. Individual and couples therapy.

Educational only, not therapy or medical advice. No therapist-client
