We are a team of three, husband and wife and daughter. Jenny Hines earned a B.A. degree in Speech Communication and Education from Southern Nazarene University. She was a founding member of Camp Encourage, an organization working with Autistic Children. She also performs in various theatrical shows around the Kansas City area and does TV commercials. Tim Hines earned a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Kansas State University, and earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Gracie King has extensive sales experience having worked for Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City (Say Yes to the Dress TV Show). Our team is experienced with Short sales, Foreclosures, and Investment Property with single family homes.
