Katie Henderson | Personal Trainer

Katie Henderson is a personal trainer and holistic health & fitness coach. She has spent the past 15 years working with people of all ages and physical fitness levels to restore strength, mobility, energy and health.

Through targeted training, nutrition, and recovery strategies, clients can lose weight, improve energy levels, reduce pain, heal damaged tissue, and feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies again.

This approach was forged through personal necessity. After years of chronic illness leaving her with liver damage, fatigue, chronic pain, and profound muscle loss, Katie committed herself to discovering how to rebuild and restore the human body. The methods that returned her strength, clarity, and vitality are the same principles she shares with those ready to elevate their health and transform their lives.
