Kathy Tsai Property

At a very young age, Kathy has watched her parents buying and selling properties. She loves properties, and more importantly, she loves helping people to find their next dream home or selling for premium prices. Owning her first home at the age of 24, and went on to buy and sell properties, Kathy has never looked back.

A fully licensed real estate agent, as well as creating a record sale price of $5.225 million in her first 13th month in the industry, Kathy has demonstrated a high level of negotiation skill and excellence in her rapport building with both Australian and Chinese clients.

Kathy has helped more than hundreds of families achieve their real estate goals to buy/sell their homes/investment properties. She prides herself in caring for her clients as if it’s her own property sale or purchase. Kathy strongly believes that her clients deserve the least stress and peace of mind when buying or selling their property.
