From first hand experience of suffering Anxiety , Panic Attacks which took me to hospital , depression and then suicide. To hit rock bottom and then to have hope. This period in my life shaped the pathway, studying the mind and becoming a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner , Meta Coach and Naturopath......I am now so pleased I had that period in my life that took me to rock bottom as now I can help others to know it is Possible to break the trap !
