Creative Therapy Umbrella with Kate Mostyn, LCAT

Helping Therapists Creatively Connect To Anxious Kids and Teens

Welcome to Creative Therapy Umbrella! We are an online space dedicated to helping therapists creatively connect to anxious kids, tweens, and teens. We offer free resources such as a weekly podcast, intervention ideas, and more. We also have courses, consultation, and loads of downloadable resources! We talk about everything from the creative arts modalities, to TTRPG within therapy, to adapting EMDR protocols for clients.

On our podcast, you will hear a variety of educational topics (we promise to make it silly and fun) along with interviews with amazing therapists who support child and teen mental health.

Hang out and be creative!💜
