Kate's academic journey led her to Birmingham-Southern College, where she pursued a degree in Accounting. Early in her career, she assumed a role as an accountant with a prominent real estate firm in Washington, D.C. However, a profound yearning for her Gulf Coast roots led her back home in 2009. This marked the beginning of her career in real estate.
