Kangatraining Australia

Kangatraining Australia is where motherhood meets movement!

Designed specifically for postnatal women, Kangatraining includes a range of programs that lets you safely rebuild strength, fitness and connection while also bonding with your baby in the carrier or pram. Kangatraining is so much more than a fitness class, it’s a way to recover from pregnancy and birth, a way to meet your community of supportive mums, a way to improve your emotional, mental and physical health, as well as the beautiful babywearing cuddles.

In our classes, you'll find:
- postnatal safe exercises guided by qualified instructors
- pelvic floor and core focused training
- babywearing woven into movement and connection
- a welcoming space and a community of mums that will support you

And if you are ready to take it further - you can become a Kangatraining Instructor and turn your passion into a meaningful career. You'll receive all the training to run your own classes and find that work life balance.
