Kamina The Koach

Welcome back all you beautiful people! I'm Kamina the Koach. From 2002 until 2010, while serving in the US military, I also served as a substitute teacher and occasionally a trainer in the military.  In 2010 I discovered that I am a natural healer and coach and began to work in these areas. 

For years I've been working in education while living abroad. I've lived in China, Saudi, Oman, the UAE, Iraq, Mexico, Thailand, and Myanmar. Thus, I'm an expert in making the move abroad! 

Covid forced me back to the US in 2020, so I took that opportunity to dig deep into healing my PTSD related to early childhood trauma related to being a transracial, late-discovery adoptee. I spent HOURS learning about the science of trauma and the many different approaches to its resolution and healing. On this channel, I share my reunion journey, tools, tips, and tricks I use to heal and become more healthy, happy, and whole.
