Kalmwithin

Welcome to Kalmwithin.

I explore what stress looks like in real life — in our workdays, relationships, bodies, sleep, habits, and the things we quietly carry.

Drawing from nearly two decades in the corporate world, alongside years of practice, teaching and training in yoga, yoga therapy, and whole-person wellbeing, I bring together lived experience and evidence-informed perspectives to explore what may help us navigate demanding lives with greater awareness, calm, and resilience.

Expect thoughtful conversations, practical experiences, and a deeper look at stress, wellbeing, and what it means to care for ourselves in real life — without pretending there is one answer for every human being.

Not another life to escape to. A different way to meet the life you already have.
