Kalico-K

Kalico-K is all about creating using mostly pre-loved, recycled fabrics. I teach patchwork and related stitching skills, usually in classes and workshops but now I have jumped out of my comfort zone and in front of a camera (scary stuff so be gentle with me to start with! It's a steep learning curve!) to bring makes and inspiration to as many people as possible online. I have designed a lovely selection of Slow Stitch Kits to encourage mindfulness sewing. I will be slow-stitching, crocheting, gift-making and much more in the future. I am a qualified textiles artist, patchworker and tutor, and I'm really looking forward to sharing my quirky enthusiasm, my love of fabrics and my years of experience with you all. I'll bring you how-to's, stitching on the go snippets and you'll get to meet my four legged family too. See you here soon xxx
