Kaishindo (改心道): the path of changing your heart and mind for the better.

This channel is for everyday competitors: runners, hybrid athletes, cyclists, hikers, lifters and anyone who shows up to get a little better than yesterday.

Kaishindo is built on three pillars:
- Performance: training that builds real capability
- Wellness: the mental and physical work behind consistency
- Nutrition: fueling and recovery for people who train

Right now I'm training for my first 50K ultramarathon in June 2027, and I'm taking you along for every mile. The long runs, the bad days, the breakthroughs, what I eat, how I recover, and what goes on in my head when it gets hard.
