Mike Ilias | Anti Optimisation Health

Welcome to Anti Optimisation Health.

Somewhere along the way, we made being healthy ridiculously complicated.

Biohacking. Cortisol hacks. Detoxes. Fat burners. Supplement stacks. Perfect morning routines.

The wellness industry keeps finding new problems for you to worry about and new shit to sell you to fix them.
I believe most adults need the opposite.

Less optimisation. More basics done consistently.

Get stronger. Eat like an adult. Walk. Sleep. Look after your head. Then go live your fucking life.

Here we talk fat loss, strength, nutrition, alcohol, stress, burnout and the wellness bullshit you can stop worrying about.

✅I’m not anti science.
✅I’m not anti effort.
✅I’m not anti discipline.
✅I’m anti unnecessary complexity.

Your health should make your life bigger.

It shouldn’t become your life.

Welcome to the other side of the wellness circus. 🎪
