Hi everyone! I am Justin the Therapist. I believe that there is good in every person and hope for any situation.
I believe that relationships have a tremendous impact on our well-being. 
I work with individuals, couples, and families on their journey to improving their mental health and relationships. 
I have an MA in Social & Personality Psych and an MSc in Couple and Family Therapy. I am Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
I am also a public speaker, regularly giving talks on mental health, relationships, parenting, and stigma.
On this channel, my hope is to share helpful information regarding mental health, relationships, and becoming a therapist. Feel free to ask me anything, as I'm an open book!
