Jungle HQ | Boutique Training Facility in Prahran

I'm Jack Boon — Health & Performance Coach and owner of Jungle HQ, a high-end private membership gym in the heart of the Chapel Street Precinct, Prahran.

Jungle HQ was built for everyday people who deserve better than an overcrowded, run-down gym. Capped membership numbers keep our boutique facility exclusive and motivating, giving our community access to elite equipment typically reserved for hardcore gyms — in a refined, professional environment.

On this channel you'll find workouts and training tips, private coaching insights for clients ranging from beginners to advanced athletes, and a look inside Jungle HQ — including our Lagoon Recovery space with traditional sauna and cold plunge.
