Julie Ela Grace

Welcome! I’m Julie Ela Grace, a writer, artist, meditation & yoga teacher and creator of practices for adults and children.

Here you’ll find guided meditations, gentle reflections, yoga, storytelling and calming practices to support rest, presence and emotional wellbeing.

My work has been listened to more than three million times on Insight Timer, where this community has grown to nearly 50,000 followers.

I’m also beginning to share meditations and stories for children through the world of Charlotte — my hand-painted capybara character created to help young listeners feel calm, safe, imaginative and connected.

New practices will be shared in English and Italian.
