I'm Julia — a Pilates teacher, dance movement and mindfulness coach, passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, build strength and confidence, and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and others.

Here you'll find gentle Pilates practices, mindful movement, meditations and simple wellbeing practices to support you through different seasons of life.
