Judith Down the Villages

Welcome to Judith Down The Villages 🌿🏡

Building a home is a dream for many of us, but the journey can come with challenges, unexpected costs, difficult decisions and disappointments.

Here, we have honest and practical conversations about the realities of building — from planning and budgeting to working with professionals, managing construction, avoiding common problems and finding solutions.

I also share real construction journeys and experiences to help homeowners understand the different stages of building.

We talk about problems, not people. No blaming or naming individuals — just lessons, experiences and conversations that can help protect your dream of building a home.

🎥 New conversations every Friday.

Have a construction experience, question or opinion you'd like to share privately?
