JUDIKOVA

Hello! I am Judi Kovalovsky, professional dancer, certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.
I've been a teacher for more than 20 years.
As a dancer and choreographer I shared stages and TV with great artists:
CNCO, M. Tineli, S. Gimenez, Luis Fonsi, Carlos Baute, Evander Hollyfield, Lali Esposito, Angela Torres, Tini and even the stage of the Teatro Colón with AL PACINO, ...
I trained in Argentina and the United States.
I currently work on TELEFE as a host sharing my training routines and and others TV and network spaces.
A few years ago I started sharing on my social media the workouts that I always did at home and I realized that they were very useful for those who did not have the time or the possibility of going to classes or to the gym.
I have a degree in Advertising and Community Manager and I'm a mother of two children…
But It 's not just a workout It's a total change of habits taking care of yourself and being grateful for everything your body gives you day by day.
