Circuit Judge David D. Wolfe is one of four trial judges in the 23rd Judicial District and presides over criminal, chancery, civil, and probate courts. Licensed for 45 years, he is a graduate of David Lipscomb University and the University of Houston College of Law and is licensed in Tennessee and Texas. He served 35 years in private practice before taking the bench in 2014 and was part-time Dickson Municipal Judge from 1985–1998.
