Joyful Strength & Stretch

Welcome to Joyful Strength & Stretch! I am Dana, a Registered Yoga Teacher, fitness instructor, and lifelong dancer. When I’m not twirling around or deep in a Warrior pose, you can find me running my private practice. As a dietitian, I practice as a nutrition counselor and health coach both in-person..and virtually. 

I wanted to create a safe place for you to move, stretch, gain strength, increase flexibility, build endurance, and find some stress relief. I want you to walk away feeling better, both mentally and physically, and carry this through your daily life. 

In this space, you will never hear me speak about changing our bodies, or hating our bodies. This is important to me, and for my clients. My goal is to help you connect with your body, listen to what it needs, and take care of your whole self.
