Joyful Optimist Leadership Coaching

Do you overthink everything, run on autopilot, and feel three tabs ahead of your own life? Joyful Optimist is a mindset podcast for high-performing leaders ready to get out of their heads and back into their lives.

I'm Sandy Kusano, a leadership coach with 30 years of leadership experience. In 2018, my own leadership journey took a pause when I hit burnout. Recovering is why I coach: to help leaders work through challenges and build habits that prevent burnout.
