I am a qualified mindfulness teacher and published author. I’m passionate about raising awareness of mental health issues and helping people find ways to make their life less stressful or anxious. I have experience myself of mental health issues and have several chronic health conditions, which I talk about in some of my videos to help people cope with those conditions.  These include POTS, EDS, MCAS, Autism, ADHD, FND and fibromyalgia.
