Grounded through yoga, with sprinkles of other personal growth strategies, this channel is about learning to live HAPPILY. 

I have a BIG passion for teaching with 17 years as a middle school history teacher & six years as a yoga teacher under my belt. My passion for sharing wellness strategies came out of a dark time of sadness in my life. Now I like being real about what I went through & helping others through tough times. I'll post a variety of things, because happiness is never about just one thing, & humans are multidimensional.
