First and foremost, im a genuine person that will give you the shoes off his feet, so you can walk in the right path. I have a beautiful family, a loving wife that supports each and everything I set my mind to. Three beautiful daughters that keeps me on my toes. It's never a dull day with them, I know it seem im out voted in certain situations, with three young women plus their mother, but there's a glimmer of hope. My son, that always calls for me, so I got some kinda leeway.  But I really hope you guys follow me on my fitness journey, seriously. I'm really not gonna disappoint you guys tuning in watching me. I really mean you guys are my new family. All negative comments are just gonna drive me to push myself harder to prove the naysayers wrong. All positive comments are just gonna make me go beyond my breaking point.
