Jorge Mejia EV Tulum

Jorge Ángel Mejía Hernández is a luxury real estate advisor based in Tulum, serving buyers and private investors across Mexico’s Riviera Maya. Active in leisure and hospitality real estate since 2002, he brings an international perspective to branded residences, hospitality-backed developments, and properties selected for both lifestyle and long-term ownership goals.

His consulting experience spans the United States, Canada, Southeast Asia, Ireland, Uruguay, and Mexico. This background informs his approach to real estate: understanding how location, hospitality operations, brand strength, and market conditions influence a property’s appeal and enduring value.

Having worked through Tulum’s changing market cycles, Jorge helps clients look beyond a development’s presentation to understand its positioning, its context, and its fit with their priorities.
