Julio Hernandez, professionally known as JO of the NOC is a songwriter and Hip hop performing artist from Orlando Fl. Mostly known for his work with the hip hop group, The No Ordinary Cats, he has recently moved towards a solo career in the genres of Hip hop as well as writing for film. JO has always been known for his slick word play combined with witty punchlines and unique combination of up top and down south cadences.  JO’s upcoming release, “What’s Popular” will be the first solo release of his career.  A vivid take on the ups and downs of everyday life in the fast modern world of today!
