Jonathan Rundlett is a professional and hard-working Associate Broker in the states of MD, VA and DC that is known for his exceptional customer service and negotiation skills. With over ten years years of Real Estate experience, Jonathan makes each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for his clients.

Jonathan began his career in Real Estate in 2009, and since then started the brokerage EXIT Deluxe Realty, where he has been able to provide numerous clients with his knowledge, expertise, and unparalleled passion for the field. In 2019, Jonathan became the Regional Owner of EXIT Mid-Atlantic and now works with and supports all EXIT offices in the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware and the District of Columbia.  Jonathan sold EXIT Deluxe Realty but remains on as the Associate Broker.  In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, Jonathan is also highly skilled in luxury properties, commercial sales, and creative financing options.
