Jonathan de Sola Mendes

The most significant theme of my life has been my love for the outdoors and my participation in physical activities. At age 96, achieved my goal of becoming the oldest all-time finisher of the NYC Marathon. Now, at age 101, my goal is to encourage and motivate others to lead a more active, healthy life, pursuing purposeful, satisfying goals so they too might enjoy length of days as I have. -- Jonathan de Sola Mendes
