At the heart of our well-being are the relationships we build, especially within our families. Healthy connections help us thrive, while unhealthy ones can hold us back.

Jess, a Systemic Practitioner, has spent years helping individuals and families improve relationships, particularly when affected by past trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and complex issues like domestic abuse & generational trauma.

Jess has developed her own practice model, the JLTS Model, to create positive change where traditional interventions fall short. She also offers training courses, therapeutic stories for children, and an Emotional Intelligence toolkit for schools to support Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH).

Her latest project, 'The Storystep,' is a volunteer initiative to bring storytelling to children without an adult to read with them.
