Hello I’m Steven Washington and I help people rebuild trust in themselves.

Through nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and lived recovery wisdom, this channel is devoted to embodied healing — not just insight, but integration.

I blend Qigong, Pilates, meditation, and trauma-informed tools with over two decades of sobriety and personal transformation.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about learning how to stay with yourself — especially when life feels overwhelming.

Here you’ll find conversations on recovery and resilience, practical nervous system education, guided movement and meditation, and embodied tools for stress, anxiety, and burnout.

Whether you’re navigating recovery, high-performance burnout, or emotional overwhelm — you belong here.

I also host a free Weekly Reset here on YouTube and work privately with a limited number of 1:1 clients.

If you’re ready to move beyond coping and into integration, you’re in the right place.
