Jessica is a romance/fantasy author and investor. Her books blend small-town romance, dark fantasy, obsession, loyalty, and the complicated reality of life when everything is against you.

Jessica was born and raised in the mountains of West Virginia. For over twenty years, she worked as a bedside nurse, caring for people on the best and worst days of their lives. She also earned her master’s degree in business along with several other degrees and certifications.

When she’s not writing or reading the charts, Jessica spends her time lifting weights, dancing, and gardening. 

She's been married for over twenty years to her husband, has three daughters, two dachshunds, a pitty, a collection of cats, and a rotating cast of wildlife that wanders through her yard.
