Tea Fasting with Jenny Claire

Join me in losing weight this Fall!

I've reached a health crisis, and I must make changes to stay alive. So, this Fall, I'm going to be doing a mix of keto dieting and water fasting ... with a few cheat days in between.

HW: 302 (July 2026)
GW: 160

Hi there, I'm Jenny and I talk about cruising, camping, beach trips, hotel stays, and FOOD! Oh yeah, and tea, coffee, and wine, too. There's so much I want to share.

While my home base is in Florida, USA, I try to spend about half the year or more in other countries.

Thanks for watching!
