Dr. Orpheus Jeb is a Professional Memist.  He has two doctorate degrees from Oxford University in the areas of Theoretical Memes and Quantum Memics.  He also has degree in Documentary Film-making from Yale.  Dr. Jeb has dedicated his life to the study of memes, the culmination of his work resulting the Oscar-nominated documentary series following the great Meme War which spawned the thrusting Raider.
