CurrentShift Legal, formerly Jason Wiener | p.c.

CurrentShift Legal (formerly Jason Wiener | p.c.) is a boutique law firm helping businesses share ownership, power, and prosperity. We advise cooperatives, employee-owned companies, social enterprises, and mission-driven organizations at every stage, from formation and financing to governance and ownership conversions.

Our team has spent more than a decade building the legal infrastructure of a more democratic economy. Our new name reflects that work: helping clients shift the current toward ownership models that serve workers, communities, and the planet.
