Janylene “JT” Turcotte * Expert career \life transition

The deal closed. The wire cleared.
Maybe you walked out that door the same day — free, finally. Or maybe you're still there, showing up as an employee in the company you built, exhausted by a due diligence that nearly broke you, waiting for a freedom that feels further away than the closing date promised.
Either way, something unexpected arrives.
Restlessness. Emptiness. An identity quietly dissolving. You were the company. Without it — or while losing it — you're not sure who you are anymore.
You didn't lose your edge. You lost your structure. And your subconscious hasn't caught up yet.
I'm Janylène — clinical hypnotherapist, ICF coach, 25+ years in the executive world. I work with entrepreneurs in transition — in the thick of it, or the morning after.
Not years of therapy. Direct access to what's running beneath the surface — so your next chapter begins on your terms.
