I’m Jamari Cole, a senior at Grayson High School in Georgia, ranked number 12 in my class. I run the 300m and 400m hurdles, along with the 400m dash. I’m focused on improving every meet and getting ready to compete at the college level.

2025 Personal Records:
• 400m Hurdles – 52.44
• 300m Hurdles – 37.6
• 400m Dash – 48.6
• 200m Dash – 22.35
• 4x100 Relay — 42.47
• 4x400 Relay — 3:19.1

Accomplishments:
• Finalist at 2024 & 2025 USATF & AAU Junior Olympics
• Ranked Top 30 nationally in the 400m hurdles
• Training under Coach Gerald Williams and Olympic Gold Medalist Dwight Phillips
