Jaime Rothermich RD, CSSD, LD, CSCS

I am a registered/licensed dietitian & university-degreed nutrition consultant working out of the St. Louis market. Aside from my daily practice of customized meal plans for a variety of client types and needs, I consult with a wide variety of organizations and corporate campaigns under the umbrella of one main mission ' Give your body what it needs, when it needs it!"

Over the years a complex web of endless fads, dietary experts and manufacturer propaganda has made nutrition too confusing. My YouTube and social media mission is to help simplify. Sure, nutrition is a science and some expert guidance is needed. But it shouldn't make your head spin. #WouldJaimeEatIt and our various video segments are here to help!
